Quite recently I had brain surgery and today’s #affordablefunk is rightfully titled “Here I Am” by Stanley Cowell. It perfectly describes my gratitude for still being here on planet earth!
His previously released three albums on Strata East are all highly sought after and expensive, compared to the “Talkin’ Bout Love” LP on Galaxy.
I bet you could walk into a record shop right now and find this for $10. Personally it’s worth it and I always enjoy listening to the before-mentioned song. So for those with a smaller budget that still want good music and don’t only deal in hard to find records, this one might be for you❣️
